The Role
We have an opportunity in our Perth office for a back end junior Senior Associate or Associate at the 3-5 PQE level with strong back-end experience to join our national team.
The back-end work will involve representing top tier contractors and principals in respect of litigation, arbitration, and adjudication proceedings, and dispute management through the life of the project.

The team offers a comprehensive range of legal services across a wide range of infrastructure, energy and resources, property development and general construction projects, acting for principals – private sector and government – and contractors.
Our team has worked on, and continues to work on, projects which shape Australia's cities and regions. We offer our clients an end-to-end solution, from project structuring, procurement, financing, contract documentation and negotiation through to contract administration and dispute resolution, allowing us to see the project from conception until completion.

In these roles you will work alongside Partners Tom French and Alex Lowe, and their growing team of back-end and front-end lawyers. There will also be close contact with other leading lawyers working in the broader national team on large scale projects within other jurisdictions.
More About You
We welcome applications from Lawyers with 3-5 years PQE. You will have specialist projects and construction industry experience and are looking to cement or progress your career in a top-tier practice. In addition to your legal knowledge, you will have an ability to develop strong client relationships and work on complex transactions and disputes.
