Our Clerkship Program

As a Vacation Clerk, you will work alongside our experienced lawyers and gain valuable, hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You'll have the opportunity to tackle real-world legal work for clients who trust us to help them solve their most complex problems, in the most innovative and efficient way possible.

You'll work at the frontier of legal practice, in an environment where technology and human expertise operate side by side to deliver faster, smarter outcomes for clients. You'll collaborate with the best and be guided every step of the way by our industry-leading, commercially driven lawyers and partners. We accept applications from international students, provided you have the right to work in Australia full-time when you commence your clerkship, and you will have full and unrestricted work rights in Australia upon graduation. It is desirable, although not a requirement, that you are in the penultimate or final year of your law degree.
