Your role
We have an exciting opportunity in our Infrastructure, Construction and Property (ICP) Volume team for an Administration Assistant. This is a full-time position, on a 12-month fixed term contract. We are looking for someone with a high attention to detail, an ability to multi task and work autonomously in a busy team.
As a key addition to this team, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Opening, closing and maintenance of files,
- Processing invoices and disbursements
- Document production & amendments
- Diary and email management for stakeholders
- Expense reconciliation, invoice processing and billing assistance
- Other ad hoc duties as required
What you need
The successful candidate will have Legal Administrative experience, as well as the following attributes:
- Understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong ability to pick up new technology and systems
- Prioritisation and organisational skills
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
