The Opportunity
Join our nationally recognised insurance practice in Sydney and work alongside partners and senior lawyers across multiple states primarily on personal injuries and sensitive claims matters.
Our team advises a diverse and well-established client base, including insurers, government bodies, churches, and educational institutions.
About You
We are seeking an Associate with:
- At least 3 years' experience in personal injuries claims, with demonstrated expertise in handling sensitive claims
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation processes
- Proven ability to thoroughly and sensitively interrogate evidence, addressing both liability and quantum considerations
- Excellent organisational skills and a track record of successfully managing a varied claims portfolio
- A client-centric approach, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and industry professionals
- A collaborative working style and the ability to thrive in a team environment
- Resilience, commitment to excellence, and dedication to delivering high-quality outcomes
- Pride in your work and a genuine interest in contributing to our firm's success
