Your Role
An exciting full time opportunity is available in our Sydney office for a Business Development Coordinator to help develop and implement national, integrated marketing and business development activities in our Corporate and Capital Markets (CMC) service line, working collaboratively with Partners and our Clients and Markets Growth team. Hyrbid working arrangements available.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Support and advise the Corporate and Capital Markets business unit with their key market growth priority campaigns, client initiatives, proposals, events, conferences and directory submissions, in conjunction with Market Growth Managers
- Support our CMC business development team to execute market growth strategies, including building brand awareness, campaigns, new solution development, proposals, credentials, and events
- Contribute to marketing and profile raising initiatives for the CMC team, including working with colleagues in the brand, marketing and communications team
- Prepare and collate legal directory submissions
- Support partner BD activities, in line with service line priorities
- Collaborate with cross-industry and cross line of business teams to support development of integrated and multidisciplinary solutions.
- Support the development of multidisciplinary solutions through the understanding of client needs, market assessment and insights.
More About You
- 1+ years working within a similar role ideally gained within the legal and/or professional services sectors
- Tertiary qualified in Marketing, Commerce, Law or other Business discipline
- Polished verbal communication and business writing skills
- Strong Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a client service focus
- Proactive team player with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environments
- Ability to calmly manage competing tasks with time pressures and grasp complex concepts quickly
- Solution oriented mindset with strong prioritisation skills
- Goal focused with a drive to learn and improve each and every day.
