Your Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Business Services Assistant to join our growing team. 

You will have the opportunity to kick start your career and provide high quality administrative services in a professional environment. 


Your duties:

As a Business Services Assistant in our team, you will be involved in a broad range of duties such as:

  • Printing, photocopying, scanning and finishing documents
  • Mail and courier operation
  • Administration support including processing supplier invoices
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and practices to enhance the service offering
  • Working closely with the team to ensure the seamless operation of the business services team

We welcome applicants who have:

  • 1-2+ years' experience in a similar role in a professional environment
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft suite, including in Word and Excel, MS Teams & Outlook
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to liaise with people at all levels
