Your role
 

We are looking for an experienced Workflow Coordinator to join our Sydney Business Services team, on a Fixed term 12 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent quality of work within the Business Centre and will see you:
 

  • Acting as the 'face' of the Business Centre, coordinating the day-to-day workflow while prioritising service resources for key clients
  • Ensuring sufficient and accurate briefings are taken from requesters while providing appropriate estimate timings and negotiating deadlines accordingly
  • Overseeing all work, document production, mail and courier requests to ensure it is on track and completed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Assisting with printing/photocopying/scanning/binding and finishing of documents when required
  • Entry and administration of disbursements and invoices, coordinate purchase of stock
  • Keeping lines of communication open with stakeholders and ensuring all personnel and operational issues are escalated to the Team Leader

 

What you need

 

To be successful in this role you will have, 3 – 4 years’ experience in a similar role:
 

  • A proven ability to coordinate workflows while motivating and engaging a team
  • Demonstrated experience in building key stakeholder relationships, understanding their priorities and manage expectations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise and negotiate at all levels
  • Experienced in technology and print production equipment/processes with a strong understanding of document production timings
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft suite, including in Word and Excel, MS Teams & iManage
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Experience within a professional services or similar environment

 

In addition you will have a "can do" attitude, fantastic communication skills and a commitment to excellent and responsive customer service. You will also need to be able to handle pressure, multitask and think laterally but sensibly at all times.
