Join Our Team

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Client Services Assistant. As part of our broader Corporate Services team, you will join a close-knit, hardworking group of people who put the customer at the centre of every interaction. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, but just as importantly, we support each other in the same way we support our clients.

Success in this role comes from being a team player. We do what it takes to get the job done, whether that means assisting at Reception, supporting the Café, helping deliver an event, or stepping in to support another team when needed. No two days are the same, and collaboration is at the heart of how we work.

This role is more than boardroom service. It is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing Corporate Services team that works across Reception, Events, Hospitality and Workplace Services to create an outstanding experience for our people, clients and visitors every day.

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for our clients, visitors and people. Working across the Client Floor, Reception and wider Corporate Services team, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering professional hospitality and catering services across our Client Floor and meeting spaces.
  • Creating a welcoming and seamless experience for clients and visitors from arrival through to departure.
  • Providing Reception and Café support when required, ensuring consistent service across all front-of-house operations.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for meeting room technology and audiovisual (AV) support, assisting users and coordinating escalation where required.
  • Managing catering supplies, stock control, ordering, invoicing and sourcing new products to continually enhance the client experience.
  • Maintaining operational procedures, resources and rosters to support service consistency and continuous improvement.
  • Contributing to a flexible and team-focused culture where everyone is willing to step in, support one another and do what it takes to deliver great outcomes.

More About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys looking after people, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and is willing to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed.

You will bring:

  • Experience in hospitality, client services, reception, or a customer-facing role where service excellence is at the heart of what you do.
  • A polished and professional approach, with excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a calm and positive presence.
  • A team-first mindset. You understand that great service is delivered by great teams, and you're always willing to step in and support your colleagues when needed.
  • Confidence working with technology and a willingness to learn new systems, including workplace and booking platforms.
  • Experience with coffee making or barista skills would be highly regarded.
  • Reception experience, particularly within a professional services environment, would be advantageous.
  • A willingness to learn, adapt and take on new challenges across the broader Corporate Services function as business needs evolve.
  • A strong sense of ownership, reliability and accountability, with a focus on delivering great outcomes for clients, visitors and colleagues alike.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is collaborative, adaptable and customer-focused. Someone who sees themselves as part of a broader Corporate Services team and is prepared to contribute wherever needed, whether that's on the Client Floor, at Reception, supporting an event, or helping a teammate during a busy period.
