The Role 

 

We are recruiting an experienced full-time permanent conveyancing paralegal or licensed conveyancer to join our growing retirement villages (RV) conveyancing team. Junior lawyers with retirement villages experience are also welcome to apply.

 

MinterEllison has Australia's leading RV practice and continues to grow from strength to strength, working with the largest retirement village owners and operators nationally. As part of Australia's leading RV team you will have the opportunity to work in a booming and interesting area of law while being well supported with state of the art technology and systems.

 

MinterEllison was named the 2022 'Law Firm of the Year' for expertise in Retirement Villages and Senior Living Law, recognising the efforts of a large number of partners and their teams including David McElhone, Robin Lyons and Tammy Berghofer. You would be reporting to David McElhone who has been recognised as Lawyer of the Year in Seniors Living.

 

In this role you will be part of a high performing and supportive team of paralegals, senior lawyers, and administration staff.   You will deal directly with our major clients on a daily basis to manage your own files.

 

Please note this role is not suited to a law student paralegal, who are encouraged to consider our clerkship and graduate programs

 

What you need.
