Your Role
An exciting opportunity exists in our Sydney M&A team for an experienced Legal Executive Assistant. In this role, you will provide support to three Partners and other senior legal staff. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong typing and formatting skills, an ability to multi task and to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
As a key addition to this team, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Proactive diary and email management;
- Coordination of meetings & travel;
- File management (e.g. opening and closing matters and electronic filing);
- Monthly billing, client reporting and invoicing;
- Printing and filing of correspondence and emails
- AMEX reconciliation
- Other tasks as directed
More About You
The successful candidate will also possess:
- Strong understanding of MS Office applications;
- Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills;
- Self-motivated and an ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- An adaptable and flexible nature
