Overview 

The Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing reports to the Director of Talent Development. This role involves both strategic and operational responsibilities. Key duties include engaging with stakeholders, co-designing initiatives, and driving change implementation. The role’s success hinges on advancing the firm’s D&I and Wellbeing agendas. Candidates should have extensive experience in D&I and Organisational Development/HR within a professional services context. Additionally, experience in culture and performance initiatives, solution design, change management, and coaching is highly valued. Strong leadership, communication skills, and collaboration abilities are essential. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with key people to design and implement organisational development solutions supporting D&I and Safety & Wellbeing strategies. 

  • Execute D&I and Safety & Wellbeing goals across strategic priorities. 

  • Continually develop core D&I and Safety & Wellbeing policies and programs in consultation with leaders and Talent Development experts.

  • Develop and manage D&I and Wellbeing reporting frameworks demonstrating ROI for key initiatives. 

  • Manage internal and external D&I and Safety & Wellbeing reporting, including compliance and key metrics. 

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and lead development programs. 

  • Negotiate contracts and manage performance feedback with external providers. 

  • Stay updated on market trends and refresh development solutions for relevant cultural, strategic, compliance and commercial impact. 

  • Define and oversee the D&I, Safety & Wellbeing budget. 

 

We're seeking a Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing with: 

  • Broad corporate and professional services experience. 

  • Deep understanding of D&I, Wellbeing and HR including relevant legislation. 

  • Proven ability in designing and delivering talent development programs. 

  • Skill to engage and influence at the executive level. 

  • Leadership in change management and team collaboration. 

  • Credibility as a thought leader in relevant fields. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally. 

  • Accreditation in leadership development tools (beneficial). 

  • Strategic experience in HR, L&D or OD including demonstrating ROI. 

  • Proven ability to lead in a specialist team.
