- Maintaining and enhancing our knowledge repository, including expert databases and presentation archives
- Collaborating with lawyers and consultants to streamline processes for capturing key knowledge artefacts throughout engagements
- Promoting awareness, assessing, and capturing significant precedents and knowledge documents from client matters
- Coordinating graduate training programs, managing speakers and content, and supporting ongoing internal and external continuing education initiatives
- Monitoring legislative and industry developments, and preparing case law and industry updates
- Executing the national knowledge strategy and contributing to firm-wide knowledge and learning initiatives
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A legal qualification with at least 5 years’ experience, ideally within construction law
- A proactive, solutions-driven approach and a passion for innovation
- Excellent relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including preparing and delivering presentations
- Outstanding analytical, organisational, and project management skills
- Experience or familiarity with legal technology platforms such as iManage, SharePoint, and third-party research tools
- Attention to detail, resilience, and a commitment to exceptional client service
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams and at all organisational levels
