About the Role


We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Executive Assistant to join our dynamic Sydney M&A team. This is a pivotal role supporting the Sydney M&A Business Unit Leader and his broader team, where your organisational skills and proactive approach will make a real impact.

 

You’ll be the go-to person for coordination and support, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client service. This role calls for a confident professional with strong judgment, discretion, and a collaborative mindset.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Comprehensive diary and travel management
  • Coordinating confidential communications
  • Event planning and logistics
  • Client liaison and relationship support
  • File management, including opening/closing matters and electronic filing
  • Monthly billing, client reporting, and invoicing
  • AMEX reconciliation
  • Printing, filing, and general administrative support
  • Additional tasks as required

 

About You

  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with confidence engaging at all levels
  • Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach
