About the Role
We are looking for an accomplished Legal Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Sydney Managing Partner and senior leaders within our M&A team. This is a critical role where you'll act as a trusted partner, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and enabling the team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Your ability to anticipate needs, manage complex schedules, and maintain absolute confidentiality will be key to your success. This position offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work closely with influential stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive diary and travel management for the Managing Partner
- Handling sensitive and confidential communications
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Managing files and documentation, including matter openings/closures and electronic filing
- Overseeing billing processes, client reporting, and invoicing
- AMEX reconciliation and expense management
- Providing general administrative support and ad hoc assistance as required
About You
