Running the governance calendar for the COO’s office and the Strategy Delivery Office.
-
Preparing agendas, commissioning and co-ordinating papers, taking minutes and drafting executive communications for the COO, and driving actions.
-
Holding senior colleagues to deadlines and quality standards ahead of governance reviews so gaps surface early.
-
Keeping portfolio registers, risks, issues, decisions and benefits current.
-
Analysing business challenges, mapping processes and supporting strategic initiatives.
-
Automating reporting, drafting and reconciliation with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude and other AI tools, and measuring the time and quality gained.
We welcome applications from professionals who bring:
-
A degree and about a proven track record in project management, business analysis, transformation, continuous improvement or strategy consulting.
-
Strong judgement and the ability to separate what matters most from what is merely urgent.
-
Proven experience preparing reports, papers, briefings or communications for senior executives.
-
A record of improving processes and driving outcomes.
-
Exceptional organisation and follow-through across many senior stakeholders, with the rigour to hold others to account.
-
Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
-
Strong Excel and working Power BI.
-
Excellent written communication and the ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations.
-
Credibility with Partners and senior leaders, and the ability to influence without authority.
-
Discretion with confidential and commercially sensitive material.
This role will suit someone who creates order from complexity, acts on their own initiative and takes pride in helping leaders make better decisions. It offers an exceptional platform to build enterprise-wide understanding, develop a broad network across the firm and grow into future strategy, transformation or operational leadership roles.
