Our national Client & Market Growth (CMG) team at MinterEllison is a high performing and critical component of the firm and essential to the firm's success.  The team supports the partnership by providing the full spectrum of business development and marketing services to ensure the firm develops and maintains strong relationships with new and existing clients and supports its strategic objectives.

 

Your Role

 

The Market Growth Coordinator, Workplace, in the Consulting Solutions line of business, supports the implementation of national, integrated business unit strategies, business development initiatives and marketing activities. This is a full-time role open to our Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane offices with hybrid working arrangements available.

 

Our Workplace practice addresses areas including 'day-to-day' employee matters such as contracts, policies, and remuneration; periodic issues such as enterprise bargaining, restructures and outsourcings, reviewing safety systems, and visas; and we are able assist when unexpected concerns surface including with dismissals, investigations, litigation, industrial action and disputes, safety matters, and post-employment restraints.

Duties & Responsibilities

 

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

 

  • Support the Workplace business with their key market growth priority campaigns, client initiatives, proposals, events and directory submissions
  • Support the Market Growth Manager, Workplace to execute market growth strategies, including building brand awareness, campaigns, proposals, tenders, credentials, and events
  • Work on marketing and profile-raising initiatives for Workplace, including working with colleagues in the brand, marketing and communications team
  • Assist with broader CMG team initiatives including ad hoc support for other CS client offerings.
  • Work with the partners to collate directory submissions and directories
  • Support partner BD activities, in line with firm and Business Unit priorities

  • Influencing skills to manage multiple virtual teams of stakeholders nationally
