The Team

 

MinterEllison's national Client & Market Growth team is a high performing engine for client centric growth. Essential to the firm's success, the Client & Market Growth team delivers the full spectrum of strategic business development and marketing services ensuring the firm builds and develops strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

 

The Role

 

The Centre of Excellence underpins the Client & Market Growth team by providing high level support across all key industry groups and lines of business. The Centre of Excellence is a centralised business development and marketing function enabling the firm to capitalise on at-speed opportunities, tap into additional resourcing to support the business’ strategic priorities whilst attracting and developing top (early career) talent.

 

We currently have a new opportunity for a team member to join this high performing team on a 12-month fixed-term basis as a Business Development Coordinator with the opportunity to learn and develop their business development and marketing career within a fast-paced and supportive environment. This role is available in our Sydney or Melbourne offices with hybrid working arrangements available.

 

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist with tender, proposal and capability statement preparation
  • Support the creation of marketing and presentation materials
  • Coordinate and deliver business development and marketing projects across the firm
  • Contribute to account, industry and service line business development plans
  • Track and report on initiative effectiveness to inform future improvements
  • Conduct research and reporting for internal and client use
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure high-quality service delivery
