Skills and Experience
Flex lawyers typically have proven in-house experience, supported by top-tier private practice training, and can operate autonomously in lean environments.
Whilst we place lawyers across most practice areas, currently we are particularly interested in speaking with lawyers with experience in the following areas and sectors:
- Employment Law
- Data Protection & Privacy
- Corporate, Commercial, Technology & Procurement — across both private and public sector

Additional Requirements:
- At least 5 years' post-qualification legal experience
- A current unrestricted practicing certificate
- High Court of Australia registration or ability to get one
- Full work rights in Australia.
