Your role
A great opportunity exists for a Senior Associate to join our Intellectual Property team in Sydney on a full-time basis. You will work directly with leading IP partners, predominately Zeina Milicevic as well as John Fairbairn and Simone Mitchell, advising on all aspects of the creation, commercialisation, protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, with a particular focus on copyright and trade marks, as well as on misleading and deceptive conduct and consumer law disputes. Our team also advises on privacy issues, particularly in the context of digital platforms. While not essential to the role, if you had the requisite experience, you would also have the opportunity of advising clients in this developing area.
You will be solution-driven, commercial and pragmatic, and focused on understanding clients' needs. You will focus on servicing clients across all industries and government, including in media, entertainment and education.
