As we embark on our 2025 Strategy, our Technology Consulting team is enjoying an exciting period of growth, and we are looking for driven individuals to join our Sydney practice as we are currently recruiting for a number of permanent opportunities. ICT Strategic Sourcing and Commercial Negotiation have been one of our core service offerings since Firm inception. You will have the opportunity to  deliver and support the execution of ICT procurement processes with predictable high value outcomes under accelerated timeframes regardless of the complexity of scope, stakeholder, or supplier, aided by our industry leading frameworks, accelerators and analytics support.


More About You


We welcome applications from seasoned professionals who have demonstrable experience in:


  • Developing ICT sourcing strategies.
  • Strategic, end-to-end technology sourcing programs.
  • Developing commercial strategies.
  • Running/supporting large ICT tender processes.
  • Negotiation planning and execution.
  • Supplier Performance Management/Contract Management.


Professional Background


  • At least 8 years + experience working in a consulting environment focusing on technology procurement, commercial negotiation and end to end sourcing.
  • A deep understanding of technologies and commercial reform.
  • Strong delivery focused background
  • Experience working in end-to-end IT strategic sourcing, technology procurement, and/or commercial negotiation and management.
  • Strong experience in at least one IT domain
  • Experience in a consulting environment.




  • Advanced Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
  • Attention to detail and time management.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Ability to present recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationship and facilitate meetings and workshops at all levels
  • A positive 'can do' attitude.




  • Undergraduate degree, preferably within Business Management / Commerce, Information Technology, Computer / Data Science, Engineering, Finance or Law.
