This is a unique opportunity for an experienced internal/agency recruiter, or executive search researcher, to join MinterEllison Flex as an ongoing Senior Interim Recruiter. In this role you will be primarily responsible for supporting our Flex managers through resourcing and managing our pool of senior in-house legal counsel for client secondments.

 

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively sourcing in-demand senior in-house lawyers and overseeing their recruitment process to our talent pool.

  • Using your organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure all talent processes, onboarding, and ongoing compliance are met.

  • Delivering monthly and annual reporting on the talent pipeline and talent pool for the Flex business nationally.
