Your Role


 
We are currently recruiting experienced technology consultants, with sourcing, commercial management and project implementation skills to assist our clients to make smart decisions as they plan, execute and transition to new or re-invigorated supplier arrangements for ongoing and/or transformation purposes. You will have the opportunity to deliver and support the execution of ICT procurement and commercial management processes with predictable high value outcomes under accelerated timeframes regardless of the complexity of scope, stakeholder, or supplier, aided by our industry leading frameworks, accelerators and analytics support.  


In support of this we are looking for individuals who have experience in a range of the following disciplines:
 


•    Strategic, end-to-end technology sourcing programs. 
•    Developing commercial strategies and co-ordinating procurement. 
•    Preparing and reviewing commercial documents, particularly as they relate to service definitions and performance frameworks. 
•    Working with legal to ensure commercial and legal objectives are aligned. 
•    Running/supporting tender processes. 
•    Facilitating evaluation across technical, financial and commercial streams, including preparation of evaluation reports. 
•    Negotiation planning and execution. 
•    Contract finalisation and preparation of executive papers for endorsement. 
•    Supplier Performance Management/Contract Management.
•    Supporting large-scale, multi-vendor transformation/implementation programs.
•    Managing third party engagement and/or performance across service and commercial requirements.

 


Professional Background
 


•    At least 3 years + experience working in a consulting environment focusing on technology procurement, commercial negotiation and end to end sourcing.
•    A deep understanding of technologies and commercial reform.
•    Experience working in end-to-end IT strategic sourcing, technology procurement, and/or commercial negotiation and management.
•    Strong experience in at least one IT domain.
•    Experience in an IT consulting environment.
•    Undergraduate degree, preferably within Business Management / Commerce, Information Technology, Computer / Data Science, Engineering, Finance or Law.

•    Ability to present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
•    Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationship and facilitate meetings and workshops at all levels.
•    Up to intermediate level negotiation skills
