Your Role

 

We currently have an exciting 12mth fixed-term opportunity for an experienced Training Lead to undertake comprehensive learning needs assessment, develop training and support materials, and deliver synchronous and asynchronous training activities for the Technology Solution Workstream of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Enablement project, and support the delivery of self-paced learning and scheduled training sessions.


You will be developing and delivering training and support resources to help employees use the new technology and processes for client and matter intake and help them understand the changes to other systems and processes affected by the AML program. This role is open to either our Sydney or Melbourne office with hybrid working arrangements available.

 

The role will report to the Head of Project Change and Communication.


In this role you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work with a team of stellar professionals in a fast-paced program where no two days are the same
  • Work within the program change management stream in a highly collegic team
  • Assess impacts from the process and system change and develop robust learning needs analysis by role
  • Develop training strategy and approach including stakeholder assessment, streamline role/persona-based training needs across multiple streams to develop tailored learning approach, content curriculum and modules, learning assessment approach and training plan.
  • Design and develop comprehensive learning materials and resources tailored to the AML Enablement project.
  • Deliver engaging and effective synchronous and asynchronous training sessions to various stakeholders, ensuring they are well-equipped to use the new technology solution.
  • Develop job aids, learning resources, and work instructions to support the implementation of the technology solution.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users of the technology solution through asynchronous channels.
  • Collaborate with the AML program team to ensure the training materials are up-to-date and reflect any changes in the technology solution.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training and make necessary adjustments.

 

More About You

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in training strategy development including, learning needs assessment, persona/role-based training curriculum design and implementation approach
  • Developing asynchronous learning programs. Experience in a legal or compliance environment would be highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline to create engaging learning modules
  • Experience in creating learning videos and other multimedia resources to enhance training delivery  
  • Ability to develop job aids, learning resources, and work instructions  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including ability to facilitate training 
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders  
  • Excellent training project management skills to ensure all training workstream milestones are met and all risks are transparently managed
  • Understanding of processes and systems for client and matter intake would be highly desirable
  • Understanding of AML regulations and compliance requirements would be highly desirable
